Leadership: developing personality

Leadership means resonance and therefore a new leader can transform a team: employees show themselves in a different light, communication is changed – for better or for worse.

This is why it is so important to know the different sides of your own personality as well as the effects and repercussions in which actions reinforce each other. We learn to better understand the enormous potential that lies within us. And how we can avoid pitfalls that often cost us a great deal of energy.

• The inner team – facets of personality

Well thought-out intentions are of little help if they are not congruent with inner attitudes. Unconsciously and all the more effectively, they control crucial details of communication. We uncover hidden parts of the personality. The result is an authentic power that reaches employees.

• Mastering high demands

In the practical work of “Personal Performance”, you experience challenging situations realistically so that we can work on the real problems. You improve your behaviour in a targeted manner. In this rehearsal work, knowledge is combined with action and true skills are forged.

• Perception and Presence

Be present, use the modulation of the voice – suitable for exactly this situation. Learn to pick up subtle signals that give you important messages. Learn to react, act and lead precisely. In this work, we will expand your possibilities.

Acting in the network of the company

How do you act in the network of your company? Can you position yourself convincingly? How well do you understand your colleagues’ intentions, and can you resolve conflicts constructively?

This training is about your personal communication. All participants bring their own case, which is developed in practical work: on the ‘stage of communication’.

How do we proceed?

1. First we analyze the situation. We identify the players, examine the context and check which communication techniques help us to develop a concept for more success

2. Then comes the practice, we work on your case with try-outs. Even in difficult situations, a pinch of humor can help to make decisive progress. Each participant has several opportunities to improve. Unlike in everyday life, we can press the ‘rewind button’ and test different procedures. Progress is made step by step.

3. The evaluation will complete your personal toolbox. You will use it to continuously develop your skills even beyond the training. By forming learning partnerships, you have the opportunity for mutual support with a colleague. You will not only learn from your case, but also from the development of others.

Creating a new network

Everyone plays many roles – both privately and in business. In this training, we discover which roles are played in a team and what enormous opportunities there are to unleash new potential.

With creative role models, employees discover new opportunities for cooperation. They learn to get out of deadlocked situations. Elements of brief coaching and team diagnosis complement the concept.  In this way, we bring new opportunities for action to life.

• This work is creative: Changing perspectives means understanding yourself and other people better. Your employees discover new things about themselves and their colleagues.

• This work is concrete: The results are not just catalogues of measures, but concrete experiences – training processes from the practice of the rehearsal.

• This work is sustainable: your employees have not only acquired knowledge, but also skills. And they have done this in a creative process.
