Corporate values, leadership and communication: Here are three
examples of my creative work that has inspired managers and employees
at SWISS/Lufthansa, Daimler Financial Services and Brother to find new
solutions.
SWISS/Lufthansa Corporate Culture
The management philosophy of SWISS in contrast to that of Lufthansa –
this was the topic of a pointed but humorous performance that was
presented to 250 top managers of both companies. Afterwards, in a
speech on stage, a member of the Executive Board said: “It was a great
performance, I laughed a lot, but I have to tell you something: It was
ALL TRUE!”

Brother Global Charter
A live performance on these visualisations interpreted and expanded
the ‘Global Charter’ of Brother Switzerland. This provided the
creative impetus for a subsequent workshop phase: the managers
developed new ideas and new measures to bring the Global Charter to
life in day-to-day business.
Daimler Financial Services HR
The company’s corporate values had fallen behind the time and had
lost their resonance due to various events. They were therefore
subjected to creative scrutiny by the HR employees in this project.
Three story frames were used to introduce different perspectives. The
employees used these to create various short performances. A creative
approach that opened up new ideas and measures for the old familiar.
